About the project
This residence was designed to suit the family of three members and their pet ludo. It is situated in ferns meadows in Bilishivale, near Byrathi, Bangalore. The site area is 40’ x 70’, East - facing site & built-up area is about 8,000 sft. The residence has parking in the basement, living, dining, kitchen and four bedrooms and a hobby room in the upper floors. The house has a skylight at one end of the staircase areas.
This residence is vernacular in style with Exposed brick walls in the staircase area, slope roof with metal trelliesrunning all round the eaves board with white in color paint. The entire home is painted with ochre, yellow & white which stands out in the lush greens of the ferns. This house is self-sustained & renewable energy efficient with rainwater harvesting, solar panels and STP. (Sewage Treatment Plant).
This was completed in 2019.
