About the project
This residence is designed on a plot of 1,200 sft in a Celebrity Gardenia in Jigani for a family of Three members.
The specialty of the site is width is more than the depth. The main door facing north is towards the road. The Ground, First & Second floors with lift & staircase. The Stilt is one bhk and the top floors are three bhk which is duplex. The entire house has vitrified flooring with Teak Wood main door & upvc windows shutters with MS grills and wooden doors for bedrooms. The key point of the design is the pooja, which is bigger in size. This residence is very simple and elegant with Vintage brick cladding on the second-floor external wall facing the road. The key features of every design are skylight and cross ventilation.
This residence was completed in 2024.
