About the project
The flat is situated in Sumadhura Sushantham, 13th floor in GKVK Layout, Bangalore. The carpet area is 1100 sft. It’s a Two BHK flat. The main entrance facing north as per vastu. The foyer has wood vertical purlins which acts as a partition and has more privacy to the living. The wardrobes and the cot finishes is of wood laminate with dual colors. The lengthy metal handles on the wardrobe are sleek & elegant. The wall is treated with wallpaper behind the cot and on either side of the side table are the hanging lights from the ceiling. The Dress in the master bedroom was created by shifting the door opening. The foldable study table was created in the daughter’s bedroom.
The Client had a passion of collecting artefacts around the globe. Each Artefact had a specific place for display in all the rooms and common areas.
The furniture of the living & dining matched the flooring with soothing colors and the floor carpet had an abstract design which stands out by itself. The kitchen had dual color with acrylic laminate finish. The light fixtures and ceiling fans were truly remarkable with elegant design.
This was completed in 2024.
